Membership Benefits:

In addition to supporting our program of education and awareness about crime and crime prevention, membership in ACCPA has several benefits including:

  • reduced rates at our annual conference and other special events
  • access to the members-only content of the website, including the ability to post on the Discussion Forum
  • periodic e-mails and updates on crime prevention activities around the province
Active Membership:

Persons who are actively involved in the crime prevention field and are not engaged in the business of selling, distributing or promoting crime prevention related products or services for profit are eligible for "Active Membership". Active members in good standing shall have full voting privileges, may hold office, and may serve on committees. Active Membership is renewable annually.

Cost: $40.00 (expires Dec. 2008)

Associate Membership:

Persons, organizations, groups or businesses  involved or interested in the field of crime prevention who do not meet the criteria for Active Membership are eligible for Associate Membership. Associate members may not hold office in the Association and have no voting privileges, however, Associate members may serve on committees with full committee membership privileges. Associate Membership is renewable annually.

Cost: $125.00
